技術名稱: 250hp/900Hz高頻變頻器技術

技術簡介

弦波脈寬調變(SPWM)變頻器越來越普遍的使用在直流電源轉為交流電源的馬達變速驅動產業上,它使馬達運轉在不同的轉速、降低馬達的啟動電流及減少馬達的啟動次數,達到節能運轉的效果。隨著微渦輪發電機(micro-turbine generators)、離心式壓縮機(centrifugal compressors)和泵(pumps)等高速流體機械設備的需要,高功率高頻變頻器的開發越來越受重視。在本技術中,針對250hp/900Hz高功率高頻變頻器原型機,進行高頻輸出頻率的測試,再搭配200RT高速變頻磁浮離心機進行功能驗證,使高速變頻磁浮離心機所需要的高功率高頻變頻器能自主化。

Abstract

Due to the features of saving-energy such as variable-speed and small starting-current, SPWM inverters are widely used in variable-speed motor drives. The high-speed oil-free devices such as high-speed micro-turbine generators, centrifugal compressors and pumps are needed in variable high-speed for saving-energy, those technologies becomes more important of high-power, high-frequency inverters. In this paper, we design and implement a prototype of high-power, high-frequency inverter (250hp/900Hz), then the inverter is driven in the no-load platform, which is a high-speed motor drive equipment, for making sure the maximal output frequency and is tested in the centrifugal chiller, which is an active magnetic bearing device, since confirmed the efficacy. The final purpose is to confirm that high-power, high-frequency inverter can really apply to high-speed oil-free machinery and equipment, to expand the application of domestic high-power high-frequency inverter.

技術特色

1.本技術已完成量試10套250hp/900Hz高頻變頻器並搭配200RT高速無油冰水機完成整機性能測試。 2.可透過通訊方式與應用設備(冰水機的PLC & 磁浮機構)進行資料傳遞,達到整合控制的目標。 3.可搭配磁浮軸承機構的性能,高速無油冰水機進行停機運轉時,變頻器可進行剎車機制,縮短磁浮軸承控制機構的等待時間。 4.可運用冰水機的資源,提供高頻變頻器液態冷卻源(冷媒/獨立循環冷水),改善變頻器的損耗,提高變頻器的效率。
