技術名稱: 控制器可靠度驗證技術

技術簡介

針對控制器軟體的可靠度,提供完整作業流程(SOP)與軟體工具。利用可程式化的軟體驗證軟體功能,以減少靠人工驗證的失誤並增加軟體可靠度。

Abstract

Provides complete SOP and software tools for CNC controller to validate reliability. Utilize programmable software and script-like language to automatically validate CNC Controller software. That‘s different from before manual validation and able to make human mistakes decreased.

技術特色

國產CNC控制器除了品牌因素之外,國內尚無法大量導入的原因在於工具機業者對國產控制器可靠度的質疑。因此,本計畫發展控制器驗證流程與工具,試圖利用加工驗證以及軟體,從實作與軟體雙管齊下進行驗證,使控制器穩定性能達國際水平,並讓工具機業者具有信心而導入使用。
