車銑複合加工控制,與FANUC相容G碼,etherCAT通訊介面,使用運動人機雙核心系統,Windows XP embedded作業係統,INtime即時控制軟體,伺服軸最多六軸,主軸最多三軸,位置迴路軟體伺服控制,具有全數位C/S主軸控制、正主軸/副主軸車銑複合加工控制、雙主軸同期控制、虛擬Y軸控制、高速高精度切削機能、剛性攻牙機能、軟體PLC、開放式人機介面。

技術特色

建立一套雙主軸單刀塔車銑複合加工控制技術,符合國際全數位串列伺服通訊介面,可支援etherCAT介面的伺服馬達、主軸馬達、IO卡和週邊裝置設備。使用位置迴路軟體伺服控制,具有全數位C/S主軸控制、正主軸/副主軸車銑複合加工控制、雙主軸同期控制等。

應用範圍

車床及車銑複合加工中心機,各式相關之加工機與產業機械。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

雙核心工業電腦,觸控螢幕、操作面板、IO卡,XP embedded、INtime即時控制軟體、支援etherCAT之馬達和設備。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(專業)

需具備有加工應用技術之命令解譯、運動控制、人機介面開發人員。
