技術名稱: 控制迴路性能評估與PID控制器調諧技術

技術簡介

PID控制器具有結構簡單與容易使用的優點,已被廣泛應用於工業領域。然而,控制器參數的調諧過程耗時且仰賴人員經驗,需由具備相關背景知識的人員進行設置。在現代化工廠裡,基於PID控制器為控制單元之迴路眾多,管理數量龐大且分散的控制器對廠方來說是一大挑戰。而經由控制性能評估技術的實現,可由蒐集之製程資料自動分析與計算關鍵迴路之控制效能表現。透過量化的指標,工程人員可容易的監測迴路狀態,並從中發掘可能的潛在問題。此外,控制器調諧技術提供一個以數值演算為基礎之控制器參數優化方案,工程人員可以更有效率的離線調校控制器參數以適應系統變化並改善效能衰退之迴路。

Abstract

Possessing the merits of simplicity and easy-to-use characteristics, PID type controllers are widely adopted in industrial domain. However, the controller parameter tuning procedure is regarded as time-consuming and experience-oriented. People provided with domain knowledge is indispensable during the loop setup process. Since the PID-based control loops in a modern plant are numerous, managing such a large number of distributed controllers is relatively a huge challenge to the firm. Through deployment of the loop assessment technology, the control performance of the key control loop can be automatically analyzed and calculated from collected process data. With the help of the quantified indices, the engineers may easily monitor the loop status and discover the potential problem of the control loop. Moreover, the term, the controller tuning technology, provides a solution to have the PID parameters to be optimized numerically. The engineers may re-tune the controller parameter off-line to adapt the plant variations and improve the decreasing loop performance in a more efficient way.
