技術名稱: 眼底影像貼合引擎 V.1

技術簡介

本技術發展出時-空間眼底影像縫合顯示模組,並以23未受試者之HD圖像實驗,影像縫合的準確誤差率<0.3pixels,眼底影像縫合時間為1.8秒,不僅準確率達世界水準,縫合影像所需的時間更能大幅縮短。

Abstract

A real-time fundus images stitching engine was developed. The HD fundus images from 23 patient was test. The execution time of the engine is 1.8 sec/couple of images with 0.3 pixels alignment. This engine can provide useful fundus image information to help physicians.

技術特色

本技術主要是基於影像的加速穩健特徵(Speeded up robust features, SURF)方法進行研發,先從眼底影像擷取出特徵點,然後以兩張影像的特徵點比對形成特徵點匹配組合,接著將特徵點匹配組合依照空間對應關係以最近鄰居法(KNN)方法,找出具有空間一致性對應之匹配組,最後以隨機抽樣一致演算法(RANSAC)找出最大平面範圍之特徵點匹配組合,進行單應演算法(Homography)反覆計算找出最佳貼合位置。本方法在蒐集來之23位病人之HD圖像實驗中,其拼貼之投射平均誤差為0.3pixel,其執行效率為1.8秒/張,在同樣的準確度下較國際其他方法來得快速。
