技術名稱: 動態派車接機時間預測引擎V.1

技術簡介

本技術包含一個時間預測模型之資料結構及一個基礎於類神經網路方法之演算法實作。參考本國機場之入境通關作業流程,會對旅客整體通關時間造成影響之因素頗多且相互之間並非完全獨立,若採用傳統建立數學模型之方式,將面臨複雜度過高而難以找出適合之數學模型。故本技術應用目前桃園航空站入境航班與旅客的資料,及機場接送機服務之實際入境旅客的背景資料及抵達入境大廳候車處時間紀錄資料,並採用倒傳遞類神經網路演算法,建立時間預測模型。而為兼顧資料的時效性,亦設計一自我修正機制,讓本預測模型於實際使用時,可同時進行參數調整。藉由此預測結果,可縮短旅客出關後等車時間及計程車等待旅客的時間,降低機場等車排隊人潮擁擠程度及減少機場入境大廳外車道車輛壅堵情況,進一步提高機場的服務品質。

Abstract

This technique includes a data structure for a temporal prediction model and an algorithmic implementation based on a neural network methodology. With regard to the customs clearance procedures at the Taoyuan Airport, there are many factors that affect the overall clearance time of the passengers and are not completely independent of each other. The traditional mathematical model is not suitable to find suitable mathematical model because of the complexity. Therefore, this technology applies the data of the inbound flights and passengers of Taoyuan Airport and the background information of the passengers arriving at the airport, and the time record of arriving at the departure hall, and establishes the time prediction using the back propagation neural network algorithm. In order to balance the timeliness of the data, a self-correcting mechanism is designed to allow the prediction model to be adjusted at the same time. The result of this prediction can shorten the waiting time for passengers and passengers waiting for the taxi, reduce congestion at the airport and reduce congestion in the lane outside the airport to further improve the airport‘s service quality.
