技術簡介

本技術針對使用者攝取之食物以手機APP進行影像擷取及語音輔助食材標示，以深度學習方法研發建置自動化食物影像分析後台，前端搭配智慧語音輸入功能等UI/UX設計，根據切割區塊估算飲食營養素含量，以解決日常飲食記錄之困難。

Abstract

This technology adopts image region growing and voice tag methodology to label the region of interest in food, and using deep-learning to develop the identification model of automatic food image analytics. In addition, take advantage of front-end UI/UX design such as intelligent voice input. According to the cutting region, estimate the quantity of food nutrition in order to solve the difficulty of taking daily food record.

技術規格

本技術應用深度學習方法針對食材影像內容進行自我學習及萃取特徵，可快速準確識別影像中所待識別之食材，並快速分析食物影像之混樣食材組成(＜2秒/單一食材)，以突破傳統食物內容識別技術準確率不高及辨識效率不彰之問題。

技術特色

本技術以影像標記及語音輔助方法，進行食物區域標記及比例估算，再以深度學習方法應用於各區域食物影像之分析，找出基本食材品項，並藉由語音注釋協助修正識別結果以符合使用者認知，最後以虛實尺寸比例估算份量，其分析辨識率達80％。
