技術簡介

分成商品/服務上架、跨業媒合、優惠兌換和分析監控等四個模組，引進IBM cogtool評選UI設計，針對不同的使用者提供step by step的操作提示與防呆設計，確保使用者能正確無誤且輕鬆的完成所有操作步驟。同時讓設置點的維運者保有廣宣及客製服務資訊的頁面，增加建置系統的誘因；並建置有智慧推薦引擎，針對使用者的使用目的、性別和年齡等不同屬性提供最適合的服務選項，可提高跨業媒合效果與服務的點擊率。

Abstract

The system has 4 modules, the first one is goods / services data creation, the second one is cross-store information dispatching and matching, the third one is redeem and coupon printing, the last one is KPI and data analysis. The UI design was verified and optimized by IBM cogtool and each page has a step by step instruction to ensure that users can go through the full service process. The operator can configure the promotion or introduction information on the device by himself to increase the incentive to build the system. An intelligent recommendation engine was also including in this system to provide the most suitable good/ service for the user‘s purpose and characters, such as gender and age, and improve the click rate of those cross-store matching services.
