一種利用單一生理訊號(heart rate)評量睡眠品質的方法,包含:收集一生理訊號(heart rate);處理該生理訊號,將該生理訊號轉換成辨識參數,用以進行辨識睡眠事件(包含醒、快速眼動期、淺睡、深睡和睡眠呼吸中止症初篩)
Abstract
A method and a system for detecting sleep event are provided. The system includes a physiological measuring apparatus and an arithmetic processing apparatus. The physiological measuring apparatus can measure a plurality of heart rates at different time. The arithmetic processing apparatus is coupled to the physiological measuring apparatus to collect the heart rates. The arithmetic processing apparatus can convert the heart rates to a first parameter and a second parameter. By using the first parameter, the arithmetic processing apparatus can identify whether the heart rates in an epoch is belonging to a first state. By using a second parameter, the arithmetic processing apparatus can identify whether the heart rates in the epoch is belonging to a second state.
