技術名稱: 熱泵熱水器設計與測試驗證技術

技術簡介

本技術主要建立直接加熱式熱泵熱水器設計技術、特性為可提昇熱泵熱水器的出水溫度及COP性能,並應用高熱焓值的二氧化碳冷媒之穿臨界點特性,出水65℃的熱泵熱水器設計開發,亦應用於R410A冷媒熱泵系統,COP可達4.0以上。本技術內容了包含熱交換器設計、系統循環模擬、系統匹配設計與元件選用、熱泵性能的測試監控與診斷技術。

Abstract

Air-to-water heat pump water heaters have been developed and expected to contribute to energy saving in residential or industrial hot water supply. The special benefits of this technology are to elevate water heated output temperature and upgrade the COP performance that used with R-410A or CO2 as a refrigerant. ITRI has established a complete database built from the test results of heat exchangers, compressors, capillary tubes and many more. With this powerful tool and our practical experience in designing direct-heating heat pump water heater, we developed the simulation software for the industry for the best design of heat pump water heater systems. This technology comprises heat-exchanger design, heat-pump cycle simulation, system integration, components selection, performance verification with PC-based monitor and diagnostics. It performs powerful design simulation and evaluates the performance of the system components in concern (for example: temperature, pressure distribution, EER) and analyzes the characteristics of heat exchange and pressure drop in the systems.

技術規格

5-10kW製熱能力熱泵熱水器原型機,加熱性能係數COPH >4.0,空調性能係數COPr>3.5。

Technical Specification

The prototype system capacity was controlled about 5-10kW , cooling coefficient of performance (COPr) of 3.76 and water heating of COPH 4.2 while the 6kW.

1.高出水溫度及高COP,並具CO2冷媒的系統應用、熱交換器設計及熱泵性能測試診斷等技術。 2.R410A熱泵熱水器設計開發技術,包含壓縮機系統循環分析、熱交換器設計、控制策略發展及熱泵性能測試診斷等技術。
