技術名稱: 新穎之蘇雲金芽孢桿菌突變株與其應用

技術簡介

本專利提供一種新穎之蘇雲金芽孢桿菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)突變株,及一種促進微藻細胞生長之促進劑的製造方法。

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a new mutant of Bacillus thuringiensis and a method for preparing microalgal growth enhancer.

技術規格

蘇雲金芽孢桿菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)突變株之培養液經減壓加熱提取後,獲得可促進微藻生長之活性溶液,添加10~30%之活性溶液,使擬球藻及雨生紅球藻產率增加100%以上。

Technical Specification

The microalgal growth enhancer can be obtained by a vacuum distillation procedure on culture supernatant of the new mutant of Bacillus thuringiensis. The productivity of Nannochloropsis sp. and Haematococcus pluvialis can be increased by more than 100% by using10~30% of the microalgal growth enhancer.
