技術名稱: P型雙面太陽電池

技術簡介

以PERC電池製程為基礎,製作P型PERC雙面電池,針對P型雙面電池結構模擬計算之外,並進行了製程開發與材料評估、表面鈍化結構與電極圖案調整、漸變式抗反射層研究、正面鈍化層溢鍍處理、退火與鈍化保護層製程整合,以及背面電池效率的提升。

Abstract

The fabrication of p-type bifacial perc solar cell is based on standard PERC process. Beside the structural simulation for p-type bifacial solar cell, it was also included that the fabrication development and material evaluation, the optimization of passivated structure and electrode pattern, the study of graded anti-reflection layers, over-deposition of passivation on the front surface, the integration of annealing and rear stack layers and the improvement of rear efficiency of cells.

The best efficiency of 6-inch p-type single crystalline solar cells reaches 21% and 14% for front and rear surface respectively.
