技術名稱: 高密度蛋白基材回收液態金系統開發

技術簡介

高溫菌株Tepidimonas fonticaldi sp. nov. AT-A2篩選自台灣東部的溫泉區域,能耐高溫,最適生長溫度55℃;經由長期研究證明本菌株的功能性吸金能力極佳且專一性強,有利於在環境中回收貴金屬,達到環境保護、資源回收、製程清潔等三贏優勢。

Abstract

Tepidimonas fonticaldi sp. nov. AT-A2 is a thermophilic strain which screened from the hot spring in Taiwan. The optimal growth condition of AT-A2 is at 55℃ with tolerance to higher temperature. In the previous study, AT-A2 showed the outstanding performance of gold (Au) adsorption with significant specificity. This provides a great of advantages as recycling valuable metals by enzymatic adsorption that is an eco-friendly and sustainable clean process.

技術規格

1.以100 L醱酵槽進行醱酵,蛋白可達148.6 mg/L,產率達2.43 mg/L/hr。 2.以多孔洞性SiO2做為蛋白固定化之載體。 3.550℃大氣環境下高溫?燒吸金蛋白,可回收被蛋白吸附的金離子。

Technical Specification

1.Under optimal fermentation condition, protein concentration and production rate were 148.6 mg/L and 2.43 mg/L/hr, respectively. 2.Porous SiO2 was used as support for protein immobilization. 3.At 550℃ calcination temperature, gold could be recovered from protein.

技術特色

有別於化學沉澱法及離子交換法金屬回收技術,本技術以高金吸附能力之臺灣溫泉區新種微嗜熱菌株Tepidimonas fonticaldi sp. nov.蛋白作為吸附劑,結合固定化技術,開發低材料成本的複合性蛋白材料,高效回收微量濃度工業廢液中有價金屬。
