技術名稱: 恆溫恆濕空調箱控制技術

技術簡介

本技術是藉由使用者設定欲控制溫濕度範圍,再自動控制恆溫恆濕空調箱設備的操作,藉以滿足場域溫濕度。控制方法採模糊控制,分別計算冰水閥、加熱器、加濕器等開度變化,可因應回饋溫濕度進行開度大小的計算,並且避免冰水閥與加熱器同時開啟的耗能情境,使空調箱中加熱器使用頻率降至最低,冰水閥開度維持最佳化運作,達到節能目的,兼具環控與節能兩大需求。

Abstract

User can set target temperature and humidity on windows form easily. The control system controls AHU automatically to confirm temperature and humidity of the building. The heater of AHU is used when necessary and the chiller water valve runs at optimal status to save energy. This technology provides both SCADA and energy-saving which are two of most important technologies.

◆可同時控制空調箱中所有設備(冰水閥、加熱器、加濕器) ◆空調箱設備依照控制變量進行控制 ◆可自定設定項目: 1.場域目標溫度、溫度上下限,範圍:0~50度C 2.場域目標濕度、濕度上下限,範圍:0~100% ◆控制方法採模糊控制,分別計算冰水閥、加熱器、加濕器開度變化,可因應PLC所收回之溫濕度資料進行開度大小的計算,並且避免冰水閥與加熱器同時開啟的耗能情境。 ◆輸出項目 1.冰水閥開度與電源開關 2.加熱器開度與電源開關 3.加濕器開度與電源開關

Technical Specification

All equipment of AHU (chiller valve, heater and humidifier) can be controlled at the same time. All equipment of AHU is controlled depends on temperature and humidity in the area. Input: 1.Target temperature and boundary. The range is 0~50 2.Target humidity and boundary. The range is 0~100% Control method: The ambient temperature and humidity return to server through PLC and calculated by Fuzzy Control. The results are the opening of chiller water valve, heater and humidifier. The opening of equipment changes automatically but chiller valve and heater won’t open at the same time to save energy Output: 1.opening and switch of chiller water valve 2.opening and switch of heater 3.opening and switch of humidifier
