技術名稱: 電力需量預測與卸載控制技術

技術簡介

本技術以密集讀取電表累積用電量數值(kWh),使用滾動計算方式求得即時用電需量,並採用兩種方式預測用電需量,一種為縮減時間法,一種為加權時間法,兩者均可預測需量是否接近警戒值並提前示警,可更早產生超約警報並提早執行卸載計畫,減低超約事件發生。

Abstract

This technology can compute the instant power demand value by a rolling way and use two methods to predict power demand. One prediction method is “reduce time” method, another is “weighting time” method. Both can predict demand value before reaching demand alarm limit, which can produce over-demand alarm more earlier and execute unload plan automatically, to reduce the occurrence of over-demand event.

技術特色

1.使用既有數位電表系統,降低建置成本。 2.即時產生用電需量數值,提前示警。 3.採用兩種需量預測方法預測用電需量,減低超約狀況。 4.可依排定之卸載計畫自動卸載,避免人為判斷延誤卸載時間。 5.可連線中央監控系統即時顯示需量變化。 6.可匯出用歷史用電資訊供未來使用。
