技術名稱: 多冰機調度優化控制技術

技術簡介

本技術以實際現場冷凍噸需求為回授,開發搜尋演算法找出最佳效率之冰機啟停組合。有別於一般的手動及排程控制,所提出之演算法可自動挑選冰機啟動台數,使冰機群運作於最高效率點,提高整體水系統運轉效率減少不必要能耗產生。

Abstract

An optimal switch control technology is applied to select the best operating combination of the chillers. Different from the general manual and scheduling control, the proposed algorithm can automatically select the operating chiller number, so that the chillers can work in the highest efficiency point. The proposed method can indeed improve the system operating efficiency to reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

Input: The capacity RT of each chiller Items can be set: The limit of the system efficiency The limit of the chilled water supply temperature Algorithm: All combinations of the chillers are generated automatically and the best one will be chosen by the algorithm. Output: Tune on/off the chillers automatically Benefit: Comparing with scheduling control energy saving 10%~15%.

技術特色

傳統冰機台數控制多以手動啟停與排程控制為主,由使用者經驗進行冰機開啟台數的調整,然而場域需求會隨氣候與時間而改變,常使系統運轉效率變差造成耗能。本技術以場域即時冷凍噸為回饋,利用搜尋演算法找出當下最適合之冰機啟停台數,使冰機群隨時處於高負載率之運轉條件下,達到提升系統效率減少不必要能耗產生。
