技術名稱: 預測回歸模型自動建模技術

技術簡介

本技術採多執行緒函式庫設計,將多變量回歸模型建構程序進行模組化,結合線上監測資料後,模型可自動更新與優化並自行收斂至一最佳狀態。此技術可讓使用者快速導入至自有軟體專案中進行運用,適用於大數據分析、巨量資料統計等之數學模型建構與行為預測。

Abstract

The technology modularizes the multivariable regression model building procedure and encapsulates it into a function library used by the application software. The programmer could quickly import the function library into his own software project.

技術規格

.可同時建置8組多變量迴歸模型進行運算。 .每組迴歸模型最多可容納8種變量因子進行模型建構。 .可自訂設定項目: (1)迴歸樣本數最大值 (2)迴歸樣本數最小值 (3)決定係數目標值 (4)最佳化次數 (5)採樣時間間隔(ms) (6)製作樣本及迴歸間隔(ms) (7)設定一組依變數 (8)設定最多八組依變數 .回歸計算採多變量線性回歸運算,每組迴歸模型最多可即時進行512筆資料運算。可因應資料的即時更新,自動進行資料收集及前處理並自動優化模型輸出。 .輸出項目: (1)決定係數(coefficient of determination) (2)迴歸方程式R-Equation (3)總樣本數The count of total samples (4)有效樣本數The count of available samples (5)樣本差異散佈圖

Technical Specification

1. Input: Eight groups of multivariable regression models can be built at the same time. Each regression model can accommodate up to eight variable factors for model construction. Items can be set: (1) the maximum number of regression samples (2) the minimum number of regression samples (3) The target value for coefficient of determination (4) the count of loops for optimization (5) Sampling interval (ms) (6) The interval of preparation of samples and regression (ms) (7) One independent variables (predictor variables) (8) Up to eight dependent variables 2. Calculation: In multivariable regression operation, each set of regression model can be up to 512 data to be operated. Data can be collected and pre-processed automatically, and the model output can be automatically optimized for immediate updating of data. 3. Output: (1) Determination coefficient (2) The regression equation (3) The total number of samples (4) The number of available samples (5) The sample dispersion of scatter diagram

技術特色

本技術將多變量回歸模型使用設定簡化,並透過多執行緒技術可同時進行多組回歸模型運算,大幅降低使用者操作複雜度並節省相關應用軟體開發時程,並達到即時自適應調整回歸模型狀態之輸出。

適用於大數據分析、巨量資料統計等之數學模型建構與行為預測。
