技術簡介

本傳輸器具有振動與溫度輸入介面，可連結三組IEPE供電加速規與一組K-type熱電耦溫度計，內部採樣頻率為10kHz處理振動加速度訊號，輸出透過IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee Pro無線傳輸，由後端無線接收器Coordinator接收擷取資料，無線傳輸距離約為50M(Line of sight)，可安裝於馬達轉動設備，進行振動頻譜、溫度等監控量測分析。

Abstract

The transmitter with vibration and temperature input interfaces can connect three sets of IEPE acceleration gauge and one set of K-type thermocouple thermometer. The internal sampling frequency is 10 kHz. The output data can be wirelessly transmitted by IEEE 802.15.4 / ZigBee protocol to a coordinator. The wireless transmission distance is about 50M (Line of sight). This device can be installed in a motor rotating equipment for monitoring and analysis of the vibration spectrum and temperature measured.
