技術名稱: 智慧型樓宇自動化監控系統

技術簡介

本系統為一SCADA圖控系統,前端任何品牌PLC或DDC,系統架構彈性高、成本低且維護方便。系統具強健化設計,可處理大量I/O監控點並穩定運作。圖控中的各式設備採物件化設計,可大量減少程式客製化,讓使用者導入快速建置,大幅節省時間、人力、金錢。針對主要廠務設施如空調、排氣等,系統並具備有節能優化控制功能,可減少整體空調系統約20-40%用電。系統主要功能包括即時監控、智慧排程控制、查詢與設定、空調水系統優化控制、空調空氣系統優化控制、排氣優化控制、會議室節能情境控制、停車場節能情境控制等,可應用建物自動化監控,或是工廠監控系統中。

Abstract

Intelligent Building Automation System, iBAS, is an intelligent and robust SCADA system. It is flexible and convenient for maintaining because of most PLC or DDC brands are supported. By using object-oriented programming structure, it can reduce implement period and users also save more money and human source. It provide an optimized control strategy for reducing energy consumption on HVAC and exhaust system. On-site results can be used to reduce the power usage of 20-40%.The functions include real time monitoring, intelligent scheduling control, data search and setting, HVAC water-side optimized control, HVAC air-side optimized control, exhaust fan smart control, meeting room smart control, parking garage smart control. iBAS is suitable to all kinds of commercial buildings or industrial supervisory system.

1.即時監控 ‧圖層式監控畫面,可自行修改監控點位置與底圖畫面 ‧畫面與事件採人性化顏色管理,且設備元件採動畫設計 ‧警戒值設定與警報管理、即時手動強控與控制目標改變 2.智慧排程控制 ‧空調水系統排程控制,包括分組輪巡排程、情境式設定、冰機群控優化策略、寒流停機控制、冰水過溫保護 ‧控制目標參數排程,包括冰機出水溫、水泵溫差、區域泵壓差、水塔出水溫等控制目標值 ‧一般設備排程控制,包括控制目標設定(如溫度、濃度等) 3.查詢與設定 ‧事件紀錄查詢,可查詢系統狀態、控制指令及警報 ‧歷史趨勢查詢,可多參數歷史趨勢繪圖與Excel輸出 ‧設備狀態查詢,可掌握設備即時參數狀態與運轉時數 4.空調水系統優化控制 ‧冰水泵、冷卻水泵、區域泵、冷卻水塔等具有Fuzzy優化控制 ‧區域泵、水塔具有並優化模型控制,可自動切換台數與頻率 ‧全域最佳化節能控制,整合水泵、冰機、水塔之最低耗電運轉 5.空調空氣系統優化控制 ‧恆溫恆濕空調箱優化控制,含風門、風機、冰水閥、加熱器、加濕器控制 ‧恆溫空調箱優化控制,含風門、風機、冰水閥等控制 ‧預冷空調箱優化控制,含風門、風機、冰水閥等控制 6.排氣優化控制與其他 ‧排氣風機優化控制,含風門、風機等控制 ‧DI/DO控制,單一輸入與單一控制之條件設定
