技術名稱: 直熱式壓縮空氣乾燥裝置

技術簡介

本創作提供一種除濕單體、分層溫控除濕元件及乾燥裝置,除濕元件內具有以直熱式脫附基材所製成之除濕單體,以對空氣執行除濕乾燥和脫附再生,其中,利用預熱器溫度補償方式與除濕元件的分段溫度控制方式,使除濕元件中的氣體流道結構可以獲得均衡的再升溫度控制,以達到除濕元件的再生性能提升以及乾燥裝置的節能目的。

Abstract

Disclosed is a desiccant monomer, a layered temperature control desiccant component and a drying device, the desiccant component having the desiccant monomer made of a direct thermal desorption material so as to perform dehumidification drying and desorption regeneration for the air, wherein due to the use of preheat temperature compensation and layered temperature control method to desiccant component, an equilibrium temperature control can be obtained for the gas flow in the desiccant component, so that the performance of the desiccant component regeneration and energy conservation for drying device can be promoted.

技術特色

本技術利用預熱器溫度補償方式與除濕元件的分段溫度控制方式,使除濕元件中的氣體流道結構可以獲得均衡的再升溫度控制,以達到除濕元件的再生性能提升以及乾燥裝置的節能目的。本除濕元件經示範系統驗證較傳統式除濕輪系統節能25~30%。目前已可進行小批量製造。
