技術簡介

燃料電池為綠色能源技術，開發燃料電池組智慧製造技術，可自動將燃料電池各組件組成一個單電池模組，以確保組裝精度與氣密性，當單電池組裝成數kW電池組後，若單電池損壞，僅需抽換新的單電池即可，藉此達國際級燃料電池試量產線的水準，擴展燃料電池等產品應用機會。

Abstract

Fuel cell is a kind of green energy technology. The development of fuel cell stacks intelligent manufacturing technology can ensure the accuracy and tightness of the modularized single cell. As the fuel cell stack was assembled through the modularized single cell with a power of above kilowatts, the failed single cell can be easily replaced by a new modularized single cell. By Single cell module auto assembled technology collocated with the fuel cell stack intelligent manufacture system, the application opportunity can be greatly explored.

技術特色

可直接將單電池模組化，再自動組裝成電池組，易進行拆解更換，模組化結構可穿過鎖合螺絲，更容易精準定位，單電池自動氣密與電性檢測，可在組裝成電池組前先確保品質。
