技術名稱: 化合物太陽能電池以及光吸收層的製作方法

技術簡介

本發明提供一種光吸收層的製作方法,其製作的光吸收層所應用的化合物太陽能電池可以採用非真空製程,且具有較佳的光電轉換效率。

Abstract

The manufacturing method of a light absorption layer is provided with a non-vacuum process to yield high conversion efficiency solar cells.

‧電池元件開路電壓(Voc)提升5% ‧品質因子(FF)提升4.5%

技術特色

採用非真空製程使鉀、銣或銫等鹼金屬元素,於光吸收層中具有適當的濃度分佈。
