技術名稱: 力/扭力感測模組技術

技術簡介

智慧機械手臂用力/扭力感測模組能夠偵測手臂末端在加工時的力/扭力。此感測模組之核心技術為全平面式力傳導結構設計與多軸解耦合結構設計,可將三維貼附之應變規製程簡化為二維平面貼附,大幅降低貼附組裝時間與誤差,提升組裝精度以縮短後續校正測試時間,且透過input housing 與transducer整合於一的設計可達到薄型化模組的目的。
