技術名稱: 超薄型力感測模組技術

技術簡介

薄型力量感測模組採用無螺絲組裝封裝技術,平面式傳感器設計與高可靠度結構設計,達到薄型化尺寸,高線性度訊號輸出與高過負載設計,滿足工業用機械設備之靜態與動態力量感測需求。

技術特色

1.採用無螺絲組裝封裝技術以減少整體厚度。 2.Transducer 結構的平面端作為貼附應變規,以降低應變規貼附誤差,提昇感測準確度與組裝速度。

應用範圍

機械手臂之力量感測,滾珠螺桿之預應偵測,工件夾頭之力附載感測,化學機械研磨壓力偵測
