技術名稱: 動態力感測模組技術

技術簡介

工研院動態力感測元件搭配低雜訊讀取電路系統整合模組,可應用於感測與監控機械加工設備於加工過程所施加或產生的力量,以提昇加工件的生產效率和品質與加工設備的故障提醒。

技術特色

1. 利用雙端懸吊設計可提升壓電片的受力的均勻性,降低壓電片的受力不均而損壞。 2. 利用雙端扣環設計可讓整體拆裝與組裝便易,且可提升整體組裝的精準度。 3. 力感測的靈敏度可隨著不同設備需求調整,增加市場應用的領域與範圍。 4. 力感測器精準定位設計,提升壓電片的受力方向的準確度。
