技術名稱: 太陽光電模組、太陽光電膜及其製造方法

技術簡介

一種具有光波導區的太陽光電模組,在該光波導區設計界面間的凹凸結構(texture),達到可撓方式與功率增益。

Abstract

A solar optical module with light-guide region is disclosed. The light-guide region is defined among the solar cells designed by an interface between package material layers includes a texture structure to achieves flexible structure and enhanced power.

一種太陽光電模組,包括:一背板;複數個太陽能電池,上述太陽能電池之間定義出一光波導區,在該光波導區中之界面間包括凹凸結構(texture),達到可撓與功率增益。

Technical Specification

A solar optical module is disclosed. A backsheet is provided. A plurality of solar cells are disposed over the backsheet and neighboring at least one side of the backsheet. The light-guide region is defined among the solar cells, and in the light-guide region, an interface between package material layers includes a texture structure to achieves flexible structure and enhanced power.

技術特色

1、輕量化與可撓性:運用大面積轉印技術製作導光微結構,並將玻璃面板改為軟性透明材料,在不改變任何設備的情況下,使矽晶太陽光電模組具有可撓功能。 2、高效率與低成本:延續高效率矽晶電池優勢,進一步透過材料折射率調控增加模組入射光量,有效提高模組發電功率。

矽晶太陽模組市場,適用於單晶矽、多晶矽、雙面發電…等太陽電池封裝之模組產品
