技術名稱: 增強光捕捉之太陽光電模組

技術簡介

一種增強光捕捉之太陽光電模組,包括串接的複數個太陽電池,以電池串間隙達到增加輸出功率。

Abstract

A solar photovoltaic module is provided for enhancing light trapping. The solar photovoltaic module includes a plurality of strung solar cells. The gap between cell strings achieves power enhancement of solar module.

技術規格

當垂直於太陽電池的串接方向設為x方向時,在x方向之兩太陽電池的間隙為4mm~6mm之間,藉此增強光捕捉。

Technical Specification

When the strung direction of the solar cells is a “x” direction, the interval between the two solar cells in the x direction is from 4mm to 6mm so as to enhance light trapping.

技術特色

1、將傳統電池間隙2mm改為4~6mm,以6*10模組而言,可適應於現有產線製程,僅增加寬度10mm,功率增益約近1%。 2、寬電池間隙設計能達到光補捉增益效果,同時具有實施力可滿足模組安全性規範(IEC61730),符合模組長期可靠度設計。

矽晶太陽模組市場,適用於單晶矽、多晶矽、雙面發電…等太陽電池封裝之模組產品。
