技術名稱: 灰階圖案化照明(3D灰階全彩)

技術簡介

一種發光元件,包括第一電極層、第二電極層及位於第一和第二電極層之間的有機發光層,其中,有機發光層經圖案化而形成包括複數個疏密不同分佈之發光區塊。於一實施例中,複數個發光塊可分為複數發光塊組,該複數發光塊組中任一組的發光塊與另一組的發光塊錯位分佈。於另一實施例中,發光元件包括依序堆疊之第一電極層、第一有機發光層、電荷產生層、第二有機發光層及第二電極層,且第一有機發光層與第二有機發光層係分別經圖案化而形成包括複數個疏密不同分佈之第一發光塊及第二發光塊。藉此,本揭露之發光元件可產生灰階、全彩、立體或動態之圖像。

Abstract

A light emitting element is disclosed. The light emitting element comprises a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, and an organic emitting layer located between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, wherein the organic emitting layer is patterned to form including a plurality of emitting blocks with different densities. In one embodiment, the plurality of emitting blocks is divided into a plurality of emitting block groups that are arranged in an alternate manner. In another embodiment, the light emitting element comprises a first electrode layer, a first organic emitting layer, a charge generation layer, a second organic emitting layer, and a second electrode layer stacking sequentially, wherein the first organic emitting layer patterned to form including a plurality of first emitting blocks with different densities and the second organic emitting layer is patterned to form including a plurality of second emitting blocks with different densities. Thus, the light emitting element in this present may generate gray-scale, full-color, 3D and dynamic images.

技術特色

1.灰階圖案化照明的原理與一般的顯示器不同,一般的AMOLED是利用TFT電路控制每一個相同面積畫素的亮度。 2.灰階圖案化的發光圖案則是藉由定義每一個畫素的面積大小來達成畫素亮度的定義,利用DC電源來驅動整片光源。
