技術名稱: 外轉子永磁無刷馬達

技術簡介

永磁電機因具有結構簡單、運行可靠、體積小、損耗小與效率高的優點,且電機的形狀和尺寸可以容易變化等優點,因而應用範圍極廣,幾乎遍及航太、國防、工農業、製造與住商民生的各領域。然而,頓轉轉矩和梯形反電動勢波形始終為其在性能上的缺陷。頓轉轉矩是因為永磁無刷馬達因轉子磁石與定子矽鋼片間因幾何尺寸與構形而產生一固有但不必要的轉矩變動,進而導致馬達運轉時發生震動(vibration)與噪音(noise)等缺失的現象,且頓轉轉矩尤其對外轉子馬達影響更為嚴重。而永磁無刷外轉子馬達的轉子磁石部分一般都是使用表面黏貼於轉子軛部的內側之設計,如此將會導致馬達本身的反電動勢波形偏向梯形波分布。

Abstract

Permanent magnet motor has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, small volume, small loss and high efficiency, and the shape and size of the motor can be easily changed, so the application range is very wide, almost all over navigation, defense, industry and agriculture, Manufacturing and living in all areas of people‘s livelihood. However, the torque and trapezoidal back electromotive force waveforms are always deficient in performance. The torque is due to the fact that the permanent magnet brushless motor produces an inherent but unnecessary torque fluctuation due to the geometry and configuration of the rotor magnet and the stator silicon steel sheet, which in turn causes vibration and noise during motor operation ( Noise and other missing phenomenon, and Dayton torque, especially the impact of external rotor motor is more serious. And the permanent magnet brushless outer rotor motor rotor magnet parts are generally used in the surface of the rotor yoke attached to the inside of the design, which will lead to the motor itself, the back electromotive force waveform trapezoidal wave distribution.

一種外轉子永磁無刷馬達,包含一外轉子與一內定子,外轉子具有P個磁極,P為自然數且P為4的倍數;內定子具有一定子軸,內定子之外周表面具有S個齒部,S=P-1,S為自然數;每一齒部具有一靴部,靴部具有一外側端面朝向外轉子,外側端面之中心以定子軸為中心形成一圓,外側端面之中心以該圓定義一修正角度a1與一原始角度a,外側端面於第一弧度a1之範圍形成第一弧面,第一弧面相對二端各設有一第二弧面,第二弧面由其與第一弧面之連接處朝向定子軸之方向逐漸偏離該圓,原始角度a涵蓋之範圍為靴部之寬度,修正角度a1與原始角度a之比值滿足0.2 < (a1/a) < 0.6。

Technical Specification

An outer-rotor permanent magnet brushless motor is disclosed, which comprises an outer-rotor and an inner-stator. The outer-rotor configured with P poles, P is a natural number and denotes a multiple of 4. The inner-stator has a stator axle, and S teeth which configured on outer surface of stator, S=P1, S is a natural number. Each teeth configured with a boost part which has an outer surface facing the outer-rotor. A circle is formed about a center of the stator axle from the center of the outer surface. A correction angle a1 and an original angle is defined from the center of the outer surface. The outer surface is composed with a first arc surface, and two second arc surfaces that connected to the opposite ends of the first arc surface. The first arc surface is within a coverage of the correction angle a1. The second arc surfaces are away the circle toward to the stator axle from the position that the second arc surfaces are connected to the first arc surface. The width of the boost part is within a coverage of the original angle a. The ratio of a1/a satisfies : 0.2 < (a1/a) < 0.6。

技術特色

改善外轉子吊扇馬達性能,從頓轉轉矩與反電動勢波形這兩項重要指標,首先針對頓轉轉矩,以下兩個計算公式分別代表頓轉轉矩的大小(公式1)與頓轉轉矩的平滑度(公式2)。公式1的Ct值越小則可使頓轉轉矩峰值越小,而公式(2)的Np值越大則表示頓轉轉矩越平滑,其中P為轉子磁石的極數、Qs為定子矽鋼片的槽數、LCM( , )代表兩者之最小公倍數、HCF( , ):代表兩者之最大公因數: CT=PQs/Nc=PQs/LCM(P,Qs)...(公式(1));Np=P/HCF(P,Qs)...(公式(2))
