技術名稱: 木質纖維素解聚技術

技術簡介

本技術為一種生質物在離子溶液中,解聚轉化為水解醣的方法。生質物可於金屬鹽與酸溶液調製而成不同組合的離子溶液中,在常壓及溫和反應狀態下,迅速水解產製醣,並搭配薄膜純化程序,可獲得水解醣,供產製生質化學品或生質燃料之用途。

Abstract

The method includes mixing organic acid and a solid catalyst to form a mixing solution, adding a cellulosic biomass to the mixing solution to proceed to a dissolution reaction, and adding water to the mixing solution to proceed to a hydrolysis reaction to obtain a sugar. These cellulosic sugar can be purified via membrane filtration. The quality and price of cellulosic sugar are not only able to compete with molasses and but also further supply to the downstream applications. This cellulosic sugar can be further converted into biofuels such as bioethanol and biobutanol via different processes. It also can be applied to any other sugar derivatives chemical industries such as monomers of polymers.

技術規格

農、林廢棄物可作為料源用於生產纖維素醣,在常壓下,反應溫度40-110℃,反應時間小於8小時,總還原醣產率大於80%;後續搭配水解醣薄膜純化技術,可獲得水解醣符合醱酵規格(水解醣濃度1~10 wt.%,金屬鹽濃度2 wt.%以下)。

Technical Specification

Cellulosic biomass can be used as the feedstock for the production of sugar, cellulose, and the total sugar yield was of greater than 80%. (40-110℃, ≦8 hours, and 1 atm). Following by membrane filtration process, the quality of sugar solution can meet the requirement for fermentation (sugar concentration is between 1~10 wt.%, and metal salt concentration is below than 2 wt.%).

技術特色

水解醣製備技術與水解醣純化專利,係提供一種醣產物之製備水解糖方法。以金屬鹽與有機酸混合形成混合液;加入纖維質生質物至該混合液中,以進行水解反應,獲得醣產物,並透過薄膜過濾純化程序,水解醣可做為產製生質燃料與生質化學品之原料,替代化石原料使用。
