技術名稱: 軟性OLED元件

技術簡介

有機發光二極體 (OLEDs) 技術有自發光、色彩飽和度高、高對比、反應速率快及廣視角等優點,已成為顯示與照明應用的主流技術之一。

Abstract

Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLEDs) panels possess key performance features including vibrant colors, high contrast ratios, full-motion video and wide viewing angles. OLED technology is emerging as a leading technology for displays and lighting.

技術特色

此軟性OLED元件是使用工研院材料所自有專利之磷光發光材料與薄膜式封裝膠材技術,其中磷光發光材料可應用於蒸鍍製程及溶液製程;而軟性薄膜封裝膠材除了能夠抑制有機電激發光元件暗點的發生外,更具有良好的撓曲性,以及對基材有優異的附著力等表現。
