技術簡介
可撓式OLED時代來臨,面板基板從堅硬的玻璃改變為柔軟的薄膜材料,故我們研發出保護軟性OLED元件在組裝與運送過程中及在未來應用時避免產生刮傷之高硬度耐磨材料,使OLED元件可維持原有之光學特性。
Abstract
Panel Substrate changes from hard glass to soft thin film material , A high hardness and anti-scratch function material coated on the surface of this sample to provide flexible OLED display, so that the OLED element can maintain their optical properties .

本技術為一種應用有機無機奈米複合材料之技術。此高硬度耐磨材料之設計上,使用高分子樹脂具有一定強度與柔韌性之鏈段以確保其具有優異之可撓性。
This high hardness and scratch-resistant material contains the polymer chain and nanoparticles with a good strength, toughness and flexibility to ensure its superior flexibility and scratch resistance properties.
