技術名稱: 除濕元件測試裝置設計技術

技術簡介

本報告內容主要為高效率壓縮空氣乾燥設備開發計畫中,有關除濕或吸附元件與其性能測試裝置設計開發技術說明,其中包括除濕吸附元件其性能測試裝置設計圖面。除濕吸附元件尺寸規格為100mm×100mm×100mm。性能測試裝置規範;風量為0.2~2cmm,壓力為0~7kg/cm2。裝置完成後之設計圖面如報告中所示。

Abstract

This report was demonstrated the constructive design of desiccant parts and testing rig for desiccant parts adsorption dehumidification performance for the purpose of the “Development of high performance compressed air dryer” project. The design sketches of desiccant parts and testing rig were revealed in this report. The specification of desiccant device is 100 mm*100 mm*100 mm. Capabilities of the testing facility for desiccant wheel are 0.2~2 CMM of flow rate and 0~7 Kg/cm2 of pressure.

技術規格

除濕吸附元件尺寸規格為100mm×100mm×100mm。性能測試裝置規範;風量為0.2~2 CMM,壓力為0~7kg/cm2。

Technical Specification

The specification of desiccant device is 100 mm*100 mm*100 mm. Capabilities of the testing facility for desiccant wheel are 0.2~2 CMM of flow rate and 0~7 Kg/cm2 of pressure.

技術特色

本技術主要可供給吸附元件進行相關性能測試,包含水汽吸附、VOCs吸附、酸鹼性氣體吸附等等,測試設備前端備有整流器,可提供均勻的氣流流道,同時可量測吸附元件之壓損值與去除效率值,此壓力量測方法亦符合ISO-7183壓力量測國際標準規範。此外,此測試設備除了可於常壓下進行測試外,亦可模擬在高壓系統下之吸附行為測試。
