技術名稱: 高專一性連結鏈接合之抗體藥物複合體

技術簡介

本技術為合成一高專一性接合之抗體藥物複合體,藥物釋放包括 cleavable 及non-cleavable。新穎性高專一性接合鏈,可與抗體接合形成高均質性的抗體藥物複合體 (site-specific antibody drug conjugate),此高專一性連結鏈可將藥物專一性地接合至抗體固定位置並控制接合數量,以改善傳統抗體藥物複合體接合產生高異質性問題 (heterogeneity,D0 - D8)。

Abstract

This patent is designed to synthesize a site-specific antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for cancer drugs with drug release which includes cleavable and non-cleavable linkers. The novel site-specific linker-toxin can be coupled with an antibody to form a highly homogenous antibody-drug conjugates. The site-specific linker-toxin can specifically bind to the antibody and control the binding quantity to improve high heterogeneity generated in the traditional antibody-drug conjugates (D0 - D8).

技術特色

目前次世代ADC的發展為高專一性接合之抗體藥物複合體,因高專一性之抗體藥物複合體不僅可提高藥效,且可改善血漿中的穩定度,主要的技術有抗體工程和化學合成兩類方法,本技術是使用化學合成的方產生高均質性之抗體藥物複合體,可在不改變抗體序列的條件下,產生高均質性之抗體藥物複合體。

應用範圍

適用於抗體、蛋白藥物、胜?等藥物之接合,以產生其藥物複合體。
