技術名稱: 污水廠節能控制技術

技術簡介

本技術應用於污水廠處理程序中主要耗能單元,包括溼井抽水系統與曝氣池鼓風機系統。在濕井中應用水泵系統管路分析與模糊控制技術,依液位變化速率調整運轉頻率,維持水泵高液位低揚程運轉,使水泵系統在安全運轉下達到節能效益最大化;在曝氣池利用自潔式溶氧感測裝置,依據溶氧目標範圍,並以即時溶氧趨勢、風量變化進行優化變頻控制。在負載變化範圍大之環境除了提供安全的操作策略,也提升節能效益5-15%。

Abstract

Wastewater treatment is an energy-intensive technology. We integrate valuable water quality monitoring and dynamic demand controlling for motor-driven equipment, such as pumps, blowers in wastewater treatment plant. This technology improve water quality, and to achieve a comprehensive energy-saving performance of the sewage treatment plant under the conditions of the optimal energy-saving process. The results from a series of tests provided 5-15% energy savings for high variability demand systems.

(1)溼井抽水系統  依入水量與即時液位變化動態調整抽水量  最適控制液位多台水泵並聯節能控制  具有水泵運轉頻率、開關等手動強控功能  具有最低水泵運轉頻率保護機制、緊急液位保護機制 (2)曝氣池鼓風機系統  自潔式溶氧感測裝置,提昇感測數值參考價值與使用率。可量測水質參數如下  溶氧度:範圍:0.~20.00 mg / 0~200%、解析度:0.01 mg/L 或 0.1%  懸浮固體:範圍: 0.003~1000 g/l TSS或0.0003~100 ﹪TSS,解析度:0.01 g/l ~ 1 g/l  酸鹼度:0 ~ 14.00 pH  氧化還原度: 0 ~ + /-1999MV  導電度:0 ~ 20ms/cm  水溫:0 ~ 100℃  具動態追隨負載Fuzzy控制

技術特色

目前國內污水處理廠處理率50%以下占六成以上,其單位污水用電量約為比起美國、日本同級同處理率污水廠的用電量高。主要原因為設計餘裕大與操作保守。根據污水實際處理量與水泵、鼓風機性能資訊,透過最適演算與模糊控制技術,達到安全且節能的操作效益。
