技術簡介

工研院整合開發可摺疊之觸控主動式有機發光顯示模組，厚度薄至0.1mm，並已通過7.5mm的彎曲半徑下連續摺疊一萬次之測試；此可摺疊觸控AMOLED顯示模組是以FlexUPTM技術為基礎，並整合軟性阻氣塑膠基板技術、低應力薄膜電晶體技術、可靠度高之軟性OLED封裝技術與on-cell軟性觸控薄膜技術等。可摺疊之觸控主動式有機發光顯示模組的可摺疊功能特徵將規劃應用於下世代智慧手持裝置。

Abstract

ITRI developed a Foldable Touch AMOLED module, as thin as 0.1mm, and can be folded at a radius of 7.5mm for more than 10,000 times. This module is based on ITRI’s FlexUPTM technology and incorporated with advanced technologies such as barrier substrate, low-stress thin-film transistor technology, OLED encapsulation and on-cell touch module. ITRI’s Foldable Touch AMOLED module will be employed in the next generation handheld devices due to its foldable characteristics.
