技術簡介

工研院採用自有FlexUPTM軟性基板開發出具阻氣性之超薄軟性觸控面板，其中於阻氣層解決方案中採用獨特之塗佈型阻氣層技術，可大幅降低阻氣性軟性觸控面板量產成本。此一超薄軟性觸控面板具可撓曲、輕薄與高阻氣性，可應用於穿戴式與摺疊式觸控顯示面板之創新使用方式。 技術規格： 面板尺寸：7吋投射式電容觸控面板，厚度13μm 光學特性：T > 82%，b* < 1 阻氣性 : WVTR < 10-5 g/m2·day

Abstract

In order to stay competitive in the technological development of portable electronic devices, ITRI has developed foldable touch panels with high gas barrier characteristics on its FlexUPTM substrate. The gas barrier was fabricated by using coatable solution gas barrier technology to reduce process cost dramatically. These flexible touch panels with gas barrier are flexible, lightweight, and wafer-thin. The flexible touch panel technology offers new applications such as wearable and foldable devices.
