技術名稱: 鰭片式熱交換器性能計算與設計開發技術

技術簡介

鰭片式熱交換器性能計算與設計開發技術,收集綠能所已測試多年的熱交換器測試資料和合作廠商的提供的熱交換器,測試整合,建立資料庫,做為設計軟體之內建資料。實際運用於熱交換器之設計開發,縮短研發時間,節省試作經費。本技術在探討算氣冷鰭管式熱交換器之熱傳與壓降性能計算。熱交換器性能的提升可藉由(1)使用增強鰭片或內螺紋銅管(2)增加總熱傳面積(3)提升空氣側和管內冷媒的有效平均溫差。本技術對熱交換器的熱傳分析、空氣側壓降、管內側壓降均有詳細分析,計算結果與符合實驗結果數據。

Abstract

The development technology of fin-and-tube heat exchanger has gained many years of practical experiences and established a complete and detailed database from the test results of heat exchangers from the laboratory of GEL,ITRI. With the data source from testing, we build the simulation software to be used for the fin-and-tube heat exchanger under Windows environment. This software has the potential power to save a great deal of time and costs resulted in trial and error during the processes in heat exchanger design and development for manufactures. This technology presents the model to evaluate the heat transfer rate and pressure drop of the air-cooled heat exchangers. To effectively improve the performance of air-cooled heat exchangers, passive enhancement techniques are often employed. The methods are (1) by using enhanced fin/tube surfaces; (2) by increasing total surface area; (3) by increasing the effective mean temperature difference between the air flow and refrigerant flow. Detailed description of the proposed model is described in this report. The calculated results of the proposed model agree with experimental data.

技術規格

鰭管式熱交換器,管徑6.35~15.87mm,列數1~12,鰭片間距在1.2mm~2.0mm,應用於冷凍空調設備,達到熱交換器性能提升改善目的。

The purpose of fin-and-tube heat exchanger equipped with tube diameter 6.35~15.87mm,1~12 rows and fin pitch 1.2mm~2.0mm is to improve the performance which is applied to refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

技術特色

收集綠能所已測試多年的熱交換器測試資料和合作廠商的提供的熱交換器,測試整合,建立資料庫,做為設計軟體之內建資料。實際運用於熱交換器之設計開發,縮短研發時間,節省試作經費。已知熱交換器幾何尺寸,及空氣側進口和管側冷媒進口條件情況下,可計算出鰭管式熱交換器之空氣側和管側的出口狀態、熱傳量及壓降分析。
