技術簡介

專業人力活化服務系統旨在有效率地提供專業人力、將專業人力與需求媒合、並提供可信賴信用評價、以及動態聘雇合約。系統設計包含以下三大部份：（1）搓合引擎、（2）信用評價、（3）動態聘僱合約。搓合引擎會依照查詢條件以及適合度（如專業、評價）給予建議的清單，信用評價會記錄服務評價並予以分析，動態聘僱合約則是在成功媒合之將合約記錄以供外部系統介接使用。

Abstract

Talent Sharing Service System aims at providing talent resources efficiently, matching the part-time resources to the need, providing reliable reputation management and dynamic employment contract management. There are three parts in the system: (1) matching engine, (2) reputation management, and (3) dynamic employment contract management. Matching engine will offer suggested list according to query and suitability (e.g. specialized skills or ranking). Reputation management will record the service reputation and perform analysis on it. Dynamic employment contract management will make the resulting contract persistent and offer interfaces for integration.
