Abstract

The ICT system for the diabetes healthcare service prototype includes medical/wearable bio-devices + smart gateway + middleware + App + analysis service backend + correlation analysis dashboard prototype for diabetes healthcare service ecosystem. In the future, this efficient evaluation system can help caregivers to manage and control users’ blood sugar in good status

技術規格

運動介入解決方案:ADA個人化中高強度運動處方+運動理糖APP ~依據用藥情況、個人生理 /健康狀況給定目標強度區間,執行運動時導引至有效區間 ~若運動前血糖過高(250)過低(90)將禁止運動 ~有用藥、胰島素、膝關節及神經病變狀況→起始強度30-35HRR ~若適應狀況良好→分階段增加5%HRR,直到最高55%HRR 融合生理資訊 ~串接藍芽血糖儀之血糖值與穿戴裝置之心率資訊 ~運動及血糖關聯趨勢分析Dashboard雛型

Technical Specification

 Exercise intervention solution: ADA personalized moderate-vigorous intensity exercise prescription + exercise based euglycemic APP  Exercise coach in the effective target intensity zone which setting based on medication, personal physiological/health status  Exercise prohibition while hyper-(250) or hypo-(90) glycemia  With lots of complication→initial intensity: 30-35HRR  Well adaption→incrementally increase 5%HRR until 55%HRR Bio-data fusion ~Data fusion between blood glucose from the bluetooth BG meter & HR from the wearable device Correlation analysis dashboard prototype between exercise & glucose trend
