技術名稱: 消費者全服務體驗歷程之智慧分析決策技術

技術簡介

根據使用者體驗分析群集行為模式,並自動偵測出潛在斷點以及自動化產生服務修正建議,其目的為透過UI/UX技術發掘服務流之斷點與系統缺陷,並比對現行服務模式之可行操作模式,自動化推導出服務流程或系統的修正建議模式

Abstract

Analyze cluster behavior patterns based on user experience and automatically detect potential weak spots automatically generate service improvement suggestions. The purpose is to analyze the weak spots of service flow and system defects, and to automatically derive process or system corrections based on current service operation patterns.

技術特色

1.自動化斷點判斷:偵測服務流程中各頁面或功能離開機率與失效程度為斷點之依據,藉此挖掘出使用者服務體驗之斷點與計算該群集斷點嚴重程度。 2.自動化修正建議產出:解析斷點序列脈絡再與參考案例中網站結構進行比對,篩選出相近的案例結果並統計其結果產出數筆修正建議。
