技術簡介

為滿足現在國內/外消費者對於購物免自提之「快速、便利」的配送需求，並協助國內中小型零售業者降低境內/外商品配送之耗時、費工與高成本的問題所提出的多對多智慧配送服務與系統，用以推動我國特色零售商品的販售，提供消費者暢快購買、便利取貨的購物體驗，本技術解決方案已有效彙整多樣託運單輸入模式，以及具備降低物流配送成本之集單與集運平台與隨插即用之自助託運KIOSK，可快速降低國內中小型零售業者所面零商品配送之重要議題。多對多智慧化配送服務系統包含前端子系統與後端子系統。前端部分為提升消費者輸入速度，我們開發三種的輸入介面 : 手機、觸控營幕、名片讀取，讓消費者能更快速完成託運的資料輸入。在後端子系統我們開發媒合與推薦演算法，可在短時間內將託運需求媒合給合適的物流業者，可以在消費者理想的時間內以最便宜的運費滿足託運服務。

Abstract

Many-to-many intelligent distribution service system includes front-end subsystem and back-end subsystem. The front part of the consumer to enhance the speed, we develop three kinds of input interface: mobile phone, touch screen, business card read, so that consumers can more quickly complete the shipment of information input. In the back-end subsystem we develop the media and recommended algorithm, in a short period of time will be shipped to the appropriate logistics needs of the logistics industry, consumers can be the ideal time to the most cheap freight to meet the shipping services.
