技術名稱: 工具機機電整合模擬技術

技術簡介

透過機電整合分析技術,在工具機機台開發初期,可預測機台頻域及時域的動態表現,可有效提高機台實際切削效能與精度並大幅縮短開發時程。

Abstract

The Simulation Technology of mechatronic system for Machine Tools is done to simulate the bode plot and time domain performance between tcp and table before the actual machine tool has been made. After the integral virtual machine tool technology accomplished, the cutting processing performance and the quality of finished workpiece surface will increase greatly.
