技術名稱: 冷卻最佳化分析技術

技術簡介

技術應用以工具機結構熱誤差分析為主,使用田口品質實驗設計方法以少量分析參數邊界條件找出最佳的模擬冷卻分析條件並規劃出工具機最佳的熱抑制冷卻流道;再者,為了提高模擬精確度,更利用實驗的方式量測在不同結合材料、螺絲鎖合應力與表面粗糙度下的接觸熱阻,建立一熱阻資料庫,在模擬分析時,可藉由不同的結合特性代入其熱阻值,進而能夠更準確地進行熱傳模擬。

Abstract

This technique mainly applies to thermal error analysis for machine tool. First, using the DOE(Design of experiments) method finds the relatively better conditions of cooling with the minimal experimental parameters. In this way, the optimal cooling channels of machine tool could be designed. In order to improve the simulation accuracy, measuring the thermal contact resistance at different material, screw locking stress, and surface roughness establishes the database. The results of heat transfer simulation will be more accurate by different binding characteristics.
