技術名稱: 主軸狀態智慧監測技術

技術簡介

主軸監測系統,可進行運轉特徵擷取與分析功能,並依據ISO17243-1標準提供主軸運轉性能評價指標。

Abstract

A spindle monitoring system which can extract and analysis operational vibration features also can provide performance index based on ISO17243-1 standard.

技術規格

監測系統之振動訊號擷取取樣率20KHz,解析度0.608uV/LSB,運轉狀態分析軟體提供即時振動訊號頻域訊號轉換、運轉特徵萃取、運轉指標顯示圖表。

Technical Specification

The monitoring system hardware sampling rate is 20KHz/resolution is 0.608uV/LSB, and provide freqencty domain transfer, feature extraction and performance index calculation functions.
