技術名稱: 雷射長距加工技術

技術簡介

以無吹氣反衝壓排屑方式,搭配深層熱熔傳導分析,建立三維雷射長距切割模擬模型,提供長距、快速之切割技術,無需高壓氣體,可降低加工成本。使用掃描振鏡,提升切割速度。掃描製程與校正可提升切割品質與精度。

Abstract

Developed high power, high stability remote laser scanning module, processes, and apparatus. The technology can be used to supply various laser processing apparatus or integrated into complex-function tool machine and robot. The remote laser cutting and welding can achieve high speed, high accuracy, and high quality process results.
