技術名稱: 機器人高精度校正技術

技術簡介

機器人自動化加工技術並未廣泛使用於航太加工產業,主要原因是其絕對精度在結構的特性、組裝過程中施加的力和負載引起的結構撓曲的影響下,遠遠超過航太製造產業所能接受的公差容許度(±0.25 mm)。

Abstract

Traditional 6 DOF robots have not been widely introduced in aerospace industry, mainly due to the constrain of the absolute accuracy of robot manipulators. Structural deflection caused by the loading and the reaction force makes the overall accuracy higher than 0.25 mm, which doesn‘t meet the requirement of aerospace industry.
