技術名稱: 生物轉化甘油生產二十二碳六烯酸技術

技術簡介

本技術利用工研院自篩之破囊壺菌進行生質柴油副產物甘油的加值化應用,產製二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)。藉由微生物基因改質、代謝調控與醱酵因子控制,建立高效DHA轉化系統。

Abstract

A DHA bioconversion process in which the biodiesel by-product, crude glycerol, as a and potential substrate is fermented to produce the value-added product, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 22:6 n-3) by heterotrophic Aurantiochytrium sp. ITRI strain. An efficient DHA production system is also developed though microorganism genetically engineering, metabolic regulation and control of fermentation factors.

技術特色

本技術為一種高效生產DHA之技術,特別針對生質柴油副產物甘油(或醣)進行廢棄物加值化應用與開發,並以多項調控策略提升系統產能,且經50公升級放大驗證。

應用範圍

除了特別適合應用於生質柴油產業副產物甘油之處理外,亦可應用於其他DHA生產製程中,進行各項料源(如醣)的加值化開發。
