技術名稱: 乾式厭氧醱酵技術

技術簡介

本技術利用乾式厭氧醱酵系統處理廚餘、禽畜糞、農業廢棄物等固態生質廢棄物,並轉化產生沼氣,可供作生質熱、電利用。已建有實驗室測試平台,1 m3示範模場與10 m3級的準商轉系統,可用以協助業界作初期料源評估與技術驗證。

Abstract

This technology uses the dry-anaerobic-fermentation system to treat solid wastes such as kitchen waste, livestock manure and agricultural wastes and converts them into biogas for heat and electricity utilization. ITRI has established a laboratory test platform, an 1-m3 demonstration plant and a 10-m3 quasi-commercial system can be used to help the industry for the bio-source assessment and technical verification.

技術規格

可處理固含量15%以上的生質物料源,如廚餘、禽畜糞等。本系統穩定運轉後最高產氣速率可達13.5 m3/day,平均沼氣產量達59.7 m3/t-biomass (濕基)。沼氣中甲烷比例平均約55-60%。系統產氣量及甲烷成分穩定,可提供穩定沼氣供後續再利用設施應用。

Technical Specification

Dry-anaerobic fermentation technology could be applied to treat solid biowastes contents >15% of TS. Moreover, it could convert biomass into biogas for production of 13.5 m3/day, and the yield of59.7 m3/t-biomass (wet-base). Methane contents in biogas was about 55-60%.

技術特色

1.使用乾式厭氧醱酵技術,相較傳統濕式技術,用水減少,後端廢水處理負擔也較低。 2.因為醱酵過程水量少,攪拌負荷與保溫加熱負荷小,操作能耗低。 3.因為攪拌負荷小,硬體設計大幅簡化。

應用範圍

固態生質廢棄物料,如:稻桿(101.3萬噸/年)、稻殼(31.6萬噸/年)、廢菇包(22.6萬噸/年)、熟廚餘(56.4萬噸/年)、果菜廢棄物(47.4萬噸/年)、禽畜糞(921.80萬噸/年)等。
