技術名稱: 半乾式除酸除塵技術

技術簡介

由引風機將煙氣引入除酸塔,在除酸塔內,利用一霧化器(Atomizer),將吸收劑漿液霧化成直徑約數十微米的小液滴,這些小液滴在除酸塔中和廢氣接觸,反應形成鹽類反應生成物。一部份在除酸塔底部排出,另一部份則隨煙氣排至下游的袋式集塵機才被收集,處理後之乾淨煙氣再經引風機抽送由煙囪排放至外界。

Abstract

The I.D. fan guides the flue gas into an absorber, where an atomizer atomizes the absorbent into droplets 50 μ - 100 μ in diameter. These droplets, while reacting with flue gas in the absorber, transform into muriatic reactants. Some of the reactants will be collected and released from the bottom of the absorber, and the rest will be collected by bag house, and then the clean flue gas will be released outdoors.
